TECHNICAL FEATURES<\/span><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row layout=”boxed” css=”.vc_custom_1494425866687{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]QBLOCK\u00ae is a prefabricated concrete element in the shape of a parallelepiped with variable length and square or rectangular cross section.<\/span><\/span> On the base and top surfaces there are, respectively negative and positive, truncated pyramids (diamonds) which allow a precise and fast coupling of the blocks, as well as counteracting their mutual sliding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The concrete of which it is made has C32\/40 resistance class and XC4 exposure class however, upon request, it can be produced with increased resistance class, different exposure class and with high sulphate resistance (ARS) cements, light structural aggregates, MPS aggregates certified for “LEED” credits.<\/p>\n

QBLOCK\u00ae is not reinforced<\/strong> as it is not subjected to tensile or bending forces, thus acquiring very high durability and fire resistance (Euroclass A1).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”921″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row layout=”boxed” css=”.vc_custom_1494426145842{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”1052″ img_size=”full” css_animation=”fadeInLeft” el_class=”shadow_hover”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInRight”]<\/p>\n

Technical construction measures<\/h3>\n

The support surface of the elements must be regular and flat so as to guarantee the perfect positioning of the blocks and loads.
\nFoundations are not necessary, however we recommend a leveling cleaning jet, preferably reinforced, so as to absorb any subsidence of the ground if the bearing capacity is not uniform or sufficient.
\nQBLOCK\u00ae must be laid in staggered rows so that it can keep each single block linked, avoiding creating independent columns, but rather a monolithic structure.<\/p>\n

Movement<\/h3>\n

Movement is possible by lifting using 2.5 ton galvanized hardened steel nails and special hooks or more simply thanks to fork pockets located at the base of the block itself.<\/p>\n
